turbo seals

hey guys.. does anyone know how to replace the oil seal in a turbo..

If so would anyone be able to give me a hand with it or something.

I would send this out to a shop to rebuild and balance the shaft. FOr a total rebuild it cost about $250 also depending on turbo size.
