Its that time again the Hankooks are on the way out on both cars actually. I need recommendations for both cars.

First: the 92x I want something not to aggressive and expensive as its the womens DD and it will probably never see any track or mtn runs ever again. Also we are thinking of getting rid of it for a Forrester. I think I want to stay with her current size of 215/45/17

Second: The STI I want something aggressive I love the Hankooks but I can barely find them anymore looks like the are on the way out of production. I'm interested to try something else Azenis, the BFG G-forces look interesting but Im open for suggestions. I want to try to go wider that stock size this time and go for 235/40/17.

Help me out with some suggestions and or personal reviews

the gforce ta kdws are a badass tire.i had a set and they were sticky enough and still had a stiff side wall so no roll over on those hard turns.the azenis arent going to last you very long but are a great tire and almost everyone on here runs them.

yeah thats why I stayed away from Azenis in the past I like to hear Britons input on the Hankooks v.s. the Azenis since I think that he has had both. The gforces are badass but damn they are expensive have you had them before, they are on tirerack for $148 and the Hankooks are $122.

And when did Edgeracing get so expensive?

Have you heard anything about the Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1's? They look pretty good.

not really.only thing ive used are nittos/mickeys,and bfg.the main sites im on are really not too concerned with any sort of road race or anything good in the turns.i know the toyo r888 i think is pretty bad ass but the life isnt that great.also the nitto nt01 are pretty cool

for the STI. bridgestone re-01R hands down if you keep autocrossing.

second up would be the new dunlop direzza z1 star spec.

Youll find a very even argument on what is better between re01-r and Z1.

Both are a super sticky street tire, The BS is 140-180 treadwear, the Dunlop a 200. But claimed treadwears are misleading. The only thing that seperates them in my book is the price.
