i've talked with the guy who started the site, he knows alot about jeeps and yotas. he's invited me on a few of their trail rides but i've always been outta town. they are a good group of guys from what i've heard

yeah, thats was amazing about them fixing it. but what he did was some careless wheeling.

i know i had a major oops moment with nick in the car that day, but we did our best to walk the hole first.

for a group with all the wheeling rules they have listed on their website, he didn't seem to practice what they preach. I'm not speaking for that whole group, just the wagoneer fool lol.Regardless, the group as a whole has alot of experience and is really knowledgable. Juan if you join and get active with them i'd like to see some of their members come over here. Caloosa Jeepers/FMR offroad overlap events would be fun....

Sounds kinda lame now, but if you were to get stuck way out in the middle of nowhere ...

i have a hitch in the rear. pull me from there. my jeep has no location to put tow hooks in the front without removing the bumper...

my shit is the same way. i need a $800 bumper if i wanna get towed from the front unless i chop all my shit up. (i do have an itty bitty factory loop up front, but it can't handle much weight)

i mean both requirements make total sense to me, especially the tow hooks. the CB can be dealt with via just normal hand helds. but at the same time, not every DD car has that kinda stuff, nor do most DD 4x4s go in the thick shit. it just seems like it shuts out alot of possible new members. necessary mods should depend on the trail.... stock rides shouldnt go into shit that they shouldnt handle, if people played it smart they can still wheel/have fun and not have all the mods as the dedicated rigs.

I am almost 100% sure they don't enforce the CB thing. I've seen pics of some of the rigs when they are on the trails with no CB.

i'm not trying to shit talk there club, i think they've got a good group. it just sounds like they are anti-stock....its not like anyone is PRO-stock vehicles offroad, but a stock 4x4 has its place offroad and should be allowed to trail ride on APPROPRIATE trails....
