ive never tried this or been in this situation before, but i was wondering if its safe to run two different pairs of wheels. one pair is 19x8 et 40 and the other is 19x8.5 et 45. would the change in width or offset make it unsafe or could i do this? thanks for the help.

im gonna be bringing in my wheel to a shop to get it repaired and dont wanna have to go without my car until next week.

is the 8.5 narrow enough to fit your car?

You won't have any problems as long as it clears your car. Only thing is you won't be able to rotate them.

you'll be okay as long as you're not mixing different tires on the drive axle, or as long as your car isn't AWD.

my cars so fucked up right now. im running toyo proxes all around, except for a general UHP on my passenger rear. ive been through three tires in the past month and a half just because of my wheel. i would of caught this earlier, but every time i went to go see what the problem was there was always a nail in the tire and they would tell me thats what caused the ruined tires.

i just need to wait on some hub rings so i can put these other wheels in the rear. so for the next few days i shall be without a car.
