Suspension Clunk (rear)

06 gti has h&r race springs and recently just put in a hotchkis rear sway bar at 27mm

recently while driving ive been noticing a noticable popping noise coming from the rear that would occur over anything in the road from potholes to pebbles.

sooo i jacked it up, checked the sawybar - fine
Sway bar end links - Fine
fittings - fine.
set it down and while doing so it seems as if the spring is jolting in its boot when i put my hand on the boot when the rear end gets lowered from the front jack point causing a loud popping noise to come from the rear area. this really just started to happen on the road. and i need sugestions.

could be the isolators on the spring

could be the isolators on the spring
also thought that , but i looked at them and they seemed to be fine. rly dont know what could go bad with them though.. the spring seems to be in right position

hmm. that could be another thing make sure the spring is in the right position.maybe it got turned abit and moves whenever you hit a bump.if the isolator looked fine and wasnt broke then i dont see what would do it
