There's about 4 or 5 teeth in a row shaven completely, and a couple others around the sprocket.
This was a 51 tooth aluminum sprocket... +3 from stock. As much as I loved clutching it to the balance point at only 7k rpm, I'm going down to a 49 tooth, +1 from stock. The new sprocket will be steel, a little heavier than the aluminum that's on now, but much more durable.

Clutching it up ain't got shit to do with the sprocket, i've owned my bike for years and never had to replace a sprocket because of clutching it up, nor has any of my friends its either a cheap sprocket, something not alined, Alum sprockets are more for show then anything, and why not just put the factory sprockets back on i can clutch or bounce any 600.
If u want factory sprocket i think i have have set in the garage or my brother or his wife still have there's. ALUM for the lose
Self note don't ride that fucking thing to much when my ATV sprockets get either waved they pop off the chain got a nasty scar from that on my ankle

I didn't mean that clutching it up caused the sprocket's teeth to break... I was saying that I'm going to have to change the gearing so clutching it up won't happen at 7k rpm. They only make the steel sprockets so big... biggest is about 49 teeth so that's what I'm going with.
And I won't be riding it very much... gotta replace this bad boy.

Hell yeah, sounds good. If you call your brother, ask him if he has his rectifier and regulator. Years 03-05 will do. If so, I'll buy it from him tonight. As for the sprocket, 49 teeth are fine. The front is still -1, so that's what makes the huge difference. Clutching it up will still be no problem... +3 on the rear is for people doing slow 12 o clock and circle wheelies.... that is definitely not me.
