2008 Civic Mugen Si, turbocharged by CFT w/ AEM standalone EFI. Very nicley done too, no rigging whatsoever (at least none that we saw). He does have a couple loose manifold bolts and one nut completley gone, but I've seen that before. Car made 310whp @ 9psi, not bad through a 2.5" exahust. Best thing about it is, the owner isn't a kid! He's gotta be upper 30's or lower 40's, he's got a son with an S2K that I also take care of, his daughter has a very clean 7G Civic we work on and his wife has the itch for a Honda, gotta love meeting REAL car families like that

Nice, I've always loved all the rides that come outta Central Florida Turbo's.

I hated working on a friend's 08 Civic Si, even putting in the intake was a pain in the ass. No room in the engine bay whatsoever.

Nice car and numbers. That is an AEM FIC (Piggyback), not a stand alone.

damn Dave bet me to it. its a nice set up its dose have a few oil leaks around the oil pan and i think around the wield in the oil pan for the oil return line from the turbo. i didn't get to drive it but Dave did lucky a-hole.

I've seen a number of CFT cars myself and they all seem very well done but this is the first I get to inspect up close. For the most part, considering the degree of difficulty, they did a damn good job, none the less I'm a perfectionist and there are a handful of items I couldn't live with 'as-is'. Obviously I'm limited in what I can do for this particular customer, but that's why I've been pushing my fixed ops managers to consider opening a 'performance' division within our store and cashing in on these opportunites.

Unfortunately I've never got to look at one close and inspect there craftsmanship, just seen em at the track, and on the net.
And we all know you can make any car fast once down the track, lol. Doing it reliably time and time again is where its at.
