im sure they do but youll be better off trying the ppg store first.ppg offers a line of satin paint so im sure theyll carry it

yes they do. i am going to go there tomorrow during lunch and talk to someone to see what my options are. they do sell satin and flat paints starting at $30 per gallon, which seems to be a really good price.
