You'll probably need either a press or a gear puller to take the old ones out, but the ones going in are 2 piece so they slide right in.

modern performance sells just the control arm bushings so im just going to buy those and put the 75bucks towards the diablo tuner which is more important.
should be a completely different car with a nice tune, supposedly just the can 93 octane tune it comes with is a 10hp 15tq gain

i used a big hammer, some different size sockets and some blocks of wood to take the old ones out. haha, no press.

i know when i did mine i had to have a press. there is no way i could have got the old bushings out with a hammer.
and it is a pain in the ass to do.

The way I was able to remove the old ones and re-install the poly bushings:
drill most of the rubber out and remove the bolt sleeve, using a reciprocating saw cut most of the way through the thin metal sleeve making two grooves 1/8" apart, rip that thin strip out with a hammer and a punch. To press the new ones in set them on a jack under the car and press them in using the weight of the car.
I have a $80 press from Harbor Freight now-that's easier!
Be careful!

Then Prothane bushings don't have to be pressed in they are two piece. And a gear puller or a vise usually will suffice for removing the old ones.
