so today on my way home from work. i'm smoking. windows rolled up most the way since it was pouring. after a little i was like man theres a shitload of smoke coming from my cigarette.
wow theres a lot of smoke coming from my cigarette. i then notice smoke was pouring out of my steering column. i had a puzzled look on my face and couldn't help but laugh out loud. smelt awful. got home unhooked the battery ripped off the steering column.
saw some exposed wires there were 3 that were melted from the heat. i was kinda hoping the whole car would burst into flames but low and behold that didnt happen.
of course first thing i did was call frank picked him up. we had to take the wires out, it to the headlight switch on the left side of the steering column, it was impossible to hook it back up to the headlight switch since i couldn't take off the switch so me and frank had to buy a new switch and gotta finish tackling that problem tomorrow.
but good story. i laughed.
hopefully frank will figure it all out tomorrow. lawl
