So these are the ones i've decided on, drop will be next, i'll do that next check.

Similar rims to the ones i'm getting. These look good on this car and I think my gunmetal rims(which I like more) will look sick on my black:

20's don't fit on my car, not without rolling the fenders etc. which I don't want to do. I'm going either 18's or 19's and a good tight drop.

you need to also get the lip kit with the drop

fuck 19's and 20's are cheaper than 18's lol.if you can just roll the fenders and do 20's my buddy josh had a maroon tl with 20" chrome and color matched wheels and it looked hot

That will be after the drop. Just bought 2 laptops, the rims/tires and some purse for the wife(prada or something I don't know lol) plus i'll get my drop from Chiz so that's all costing a pretty penny, i'm gonna have to wait until at least next month for the a-spec kit.
This is kinda the general look i'm going for:

Naa, i'm not fucking with rolling my fenders. No doubt it would look sick but just not gonna happen. Plus these specific rims don't come in 20's :confused

18's sound good b/c tires arent $1002342934 like 19's

They look okay. I'm not a fan the generic mesh wheel look though.

but i think 18's would look small on that car unless a big drop

I'm gonna have to go with 18's and yes it will be dropped. It's gonna look kinda funky for this month until I get dropped early next month but oh well. I think they'll look fine considering the stock rims are 17's so i'm still going up in size.

due to contrary belief .. just because you are going up an inch in rim doesn't necessarily mean that it will lower the wheel gap, your tires will be thinner so the only thing that will really change is your car will basically sit almost an inch higher than before with the same wheelgap .. for 700+ dollars I think you can do better than those rims.. maybe its just the centercap that is throwin them off or the fact that they have bolts and arent real multi piece wheels

No, I realize that the wheel gap won't go away, that's why i'm going to drop it. I don't need huge rims, and the largest that fit without rolling the fenders are 19's. I'm not going for the vdub look, i'm just getting nicer rims than stock and a drop. The rims on the silver car are 19's so 18's will be big enough for me. And no, for how much i'm getting these for I won't get a better rim. I've looked everywhere for like 2 weeks.

Can't fit 9.5's, 8.5 is the widest I can fit without modification. That and staggered on FWD is gay. And Not really my style, thanks though. I'd honestly probably keep my stockers over those.

I don't like those Volks. I think the ones James picked will look a lot better.

i dont get why people dont just roll there fenders? im not really sure what there is to be scared about? wouldnt you rather do that then have to worry that if you compress your suspension while turning that you may cut into your tire? also if you lower it make sure there is no harness or anything running though there that your tire may chew up or anything. good choice on the wheels they look good, though i think you should have gone staggered really makes it look good but its your carro!

Thanks, but as I said earlier in the thread staggered on FWD is retarded IMO. And I don't see any reason to roll my fenders.

And again I think I said this too but if not then 19's only came in 9.5" which doesn't fit well on my car unless I wanted to spend 3k on certain rims that would stay at 8.5" so, here I am haha.
