We should have the novice school next time. Plenty of seat-time there.:)

I'll have to request the entire weekend off and actually do the novice school. I feel I should be better than what I am in this car.

it's the stock suspension that's throwing you off. i drove HimsX evo X a while back at the novice school when he was over there.
it has too much sway and the input is somewhat vague, i hit like 30 cones on that run and it felt completely different from my IX.
all you really need is springs and sway bars to really improve the handling to fit your driving style. or KWs if you can afford it.

Shame on you for suggesting parts before seat time!:nono:biggrin
I thought the X I drove had a soft suspension and an on/off power delivery too......But he is correct that the car has a lot more in it.
I'm not saying don't mod the car (later on). But I would get the car and driver working better together first.

no, the alternator relocation bracket that I bought keeps breaking because of the shitty design every time I race the car.
i took it off and put the alternator back in the stock location, but I need an idler pulley and bracket from an 02-09 civic si so that the belt has tension without a P/S pump. it's on back order... GAY!

the water pump runs off the serpentine too, so without proper tension, it's bad.
i found one and got it shipped out today.
