I would suggest using the relay harnesses from my past experiences with HID...HID's put a good strain on the electrical system and battery and the harnesses seem to help regulate everthing causing fewer problems in the end...

I did not have a wire harness for mine and I just put them in a couple days ago. What the instructions leaves out is that since you use 9007 bulbs, you have a power plug. The plug has three outlets, but the ballast leaves only two, a pos and neg wire. My trouble was that I did not know which holes to put them in. Plus, once you put them in, they lock and cannot be taken out, so i had to cut and reconnect them after putting them in the proper spots.
This is what you need that is not supplied in HID instructions.

However, if you only use the single beam xenons, you will have no high beams, just low... which is pretty much brighter than the high beams lol.
