Which Car Should I Buy

I am looking at buying a subaru and these are the two that I have been looking at.Iv never owned one and not to sure what to look for. If you could help me out with my purchase it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

dont get either. if the first 1 is sketch so is the 2nd one. just having a rebuilt motor doesnt sound good as to how it was taken care of or driven.
