2nd gear grinds above 6k rpm

all gears have resistance when switching gears, especially first and hard time taking it out of reverse

anyone have any idea what could be wrong

sounds you need to basic steps before claiming anything wrong with the transmission.. change fluids, make sure shift bushing are good, inspect clutch and clutch lines..

all good stuff to look at, the MTF well help, i do my moms MTF every other oil change but thats but i work for honda lol.
