Suspension Problems with My GTO!

Im just starting to hear and feel the suspension going to hell on my 06 GTO. I have been hearing from a lot of you guys that this happens to all of them! what do I need to have done to fix the issue??

lol! no, its kinda hard to explain. When I turn the wheel to make a turn im hearing noise from the suspension as well as when I go over a bump I hear noise...

bump stop, sway bar bushing.... you have to get it up on a lift to see. i know my car dose the samething off and on cuz the sway bar bushing are bad.
