Hey guys last year my 01 yz250 was stolen but recovered. Unfortunetly the bike was returned to me with a grenaded engine. I need help splitting the cases and flushing out metal flaking and chunks that got past the crank. Looks like a reed screw backed out and got into the cylinder. Need to rebuild this bike and get it running so I can sell it.
Anyone have experience with 2 stroke bottom ends? :help

make me a offer. Haven't really thought about it considering it wont take much to get it running again.

What all does it need?

It needs the bottom end flushed. A new top end(might overbore). New reed petals. A new cylinder head. That should be all it needs.
