I was pricing out new cars, was considering getting one.

Priced out Evos - I can get a new 2006 RS model for less than $27,000.00

Think to yourself if you REALLY want the RS. I did it, and didn't like it for a daily. You can add a stereo. But manual windows and locks are a pain in my ass, but im fat and lazy.

The lack of sport ABS actually hurts it on road courses with the IX and MR. I like the IX, only because of Electric Blue. But if you want all out and will track the car often, get the MR, the 6 speed is much better at keeping the car in it's powerband.

ya I know, but not for the 8k higher price.....

trust me, I'd rather start with the MR

just that the RS is the best deal on the market for performance cars. And I don't mind the lack of those amenities.....
