hope yall like it  not done yet. ETA: mid August
if you have a problem with me making a blazer fast i dont care just letting you know ahead of time. plus still wont be that fast. @ 11psi and 350+whp i will maybe be hitting 13.2's or 13.3's. @ least almost all of the other blazers @ that boost level are running those times

Plus inorder 2 get 2 my oil pan i have to pull the engine which i dont have time for nor the tools for. a tilton oil pump runs @ 60psi 2 pump the oil back 2 the oil cap. im sorry but im on a budget and i gotta do what i gotta do.
Hey hi-boostDSM, you wanna meet some where 2morow 2 get that boost guage off your hands?

there's nothing wrong with the oil return, it's a little odd yes, but as long as he has the tilton scavenge pump he'll be fine. the way we make some of our crazy manifolds and weird ideas of mounting our turbo's, we have to do about the same ( with the savage pump that is). there is a way to get a fitting into the pan with out removing it, it's a little tricky for the untrained but it can be done, and it's just as cheap. nice idea on the turbo blazer, I like it !

Yes, there is not a problem with the oil return line there, just a little odd, where the oil have to travel up instead of down. But then again i didn't know you were using a oil pump in which i had to asume it.
Yeah we can meet any where tomorrow for that boost gauge. I might be able to make it to the meet or if you want it before i can bring it to work and you can stop by to pick it up.

yeah I can weld stainless, aluminum. and steal, mild or aluminized coated. no one but NASA can weld aluminum. to any form of steel. aluminized is just a coating for a rust inhibitor on steel. the actual process of welding aluminum. to steel is not really welding more like a molecular bond, way way expensive. literally there's only a few places that can even do it and there used up by NASA and our government mainly.

BTW as you said my 38mm BOV might be a little small for the 4.3L but its good 2 400hp and thats what im looking for.... the 40mmwastegates are expensive !!!! :(- i might save up some more- i got 3 weeks left of summer for a 40mm wastegate i guess

it's not what there good for, as far as horse power cause every setup is different, it's how well it regulates the exhaust pressure. if the gate is too small then it has to work double time to keep up and boost creep and spike and hunching becomes a problem. the bigger the gate the less it has to open to regulate the pressure, it will be easier to control boost and will last longer as well. i used a netics evolution gate up to 571whp on my car, but it didn't last long before the internals went, you see?

yeah i understand. 571whp different from 375 to 400whp though. all be it i will look into 40mm wastegates and see how much my last paycheck of the summer is gonna be
