i just finished bedding in my carbotech race pads. they are the most amazing brake pads i have ever used. the stopping power is ridiculous. if i did not have my seat belt on the first time i hit the brakes i would have hit the windshield.

i will let all of you know how they do on the track next weekend.

Thats sick. As light as your car is I can only imagine how well it stops. Can you imagine throwing my brembos on the teg and some r comps. It would stop on a dime.

I've got hps's now and they work really well for the street and auto x but they would probably be dead in a few @ sebring.

What carbotechs? Are these a street pad or a dedicated track pad?

carbotech recommended the X10 for the front and X8 for the back on my integra, and yes they are dedicated race pads.

but once my street pads are done, which is soon, i will be getting the autox pads that can be used for the street too.

i highly recommend these pads for wicked stopping power. don't know how they are on rotors yet but the guy told me they are rotor friendly.

if you go to sebring the ferrodo ds3000 or hawk dtc-70 is definitely the better pads...

definitely not for the street though.

not according to all of the racers there. over 50% of them use carbotech. they said i made the right choice.

my brakes were epic. highly recommend to anyone racing.
