I might go and co-drive my brother's 350z. I did their last night event, and I had a blast. I was tired as hell afterwards though. The track is lit well enough that headlights are not useful. They have some great AWD drivers over there with the top one being Kolin Rankin (if he goes). He has taken FTD and top PAX against some awesome cars, and he runs an STi in AS.

I am enjoying Japan, but I miss my car.

This is Kolin Rankin's run that put him 1st in PAX (over G. Hann, DiSimo, Bonafede) at last year's Florida State Championship. Great driver. Notice the early use of throttle for slight rotation.

It looks like a fun course. It'll be a nice change since I've only ever auto-x'd at our local GCAC events.

Yeah. Can you imagine going into a tire wall while auto-xing... FAIL. It seems like as long as you don't have a crazy understeer through a corner you'll be safe.

This will at least give me a feel for track driving before I hit up sebring for the first time, be it a lot slower.

Yeah, it's free. The facility is very accomadating with large bathroom (even has a shower), concession stand (constantly serving), and race gas for purchase (useless for most of us). I should convince myself to go.

Okay, let's plan on rolling out at 1:00. Last time we did moroso we met up at the Hardee's on Palm Beach Blvd. just off I-75. Let's do that again, anyone who wants to eat before rolling out let's meet there a half hour early. I don't believe they serve lunch at ER events.

Also, i have a seat available if anyone wants to come to spectate.

The event was pretty cool. The moroso cart track is super slippery though ( I bet the drifters love it) Good times.

No. FMR has really been failing on it media documentation. :(

The course is ultra slow and you cant use much gas without sliding. Once I figured that out I did decent.

I got a 55.3

yeah, the tires were only half of that though. my foot slipped off the brake going into a corner, and being that it was on a cart track, i went over the rumble strip, through the median, and out the other side. i took 3 cones with me, and had to re-attach my under tray and what's left of the fenderwell this morning :)

I think I gave you the wrong impression with the mention of AS. Brent ran STU, but happened to beat all of the AS drivers as well.
