went to IRR tonight with my new FK452's set at 22psi. they suck monkey balls. spun and spun best i could pull out was a 8.8 tonight. o well.

Yeah SRT4's have some pretty rough traction problems as it is. With a 300 treadwear, "economy performance" tire it's not gonna be pretty. Do some crazy burnouts and get something stickier :)

get some azenis or hankook rs2s.

just find a set of pt steelies and get a drag radial. I used to own a srt and i couldnt keep traction with steelies and azenis, but my srt was a beast so. hell i have the azenis on my civic know and all they do is spin on very little boost

Took my SRT to the track a few times and never had a problem. I think some people lack the driver mod when it comes to that car. Also if your launching SRT's on stock motor mounts your going to get mad wheel hop. Get a set of AGP solid mounts, they help ALOT for the 115 they cost. The only way to make an srt hook is a 6puck, and slicks lol.

Oh and 99transam. I know a guy who has done over 200launches on slicks in an srt and only broken a single axel. He also happens to be the fastest stock turbo recorde holder... So driver helps
